The music industry is a bit fucked at the moment. And there are a lot of "punks" out there wearing uniforms and looking the same. The spirit isnt dead. The scene is surviving. I think the pop punk era of the late nineties and early naughties didnt help. Just look at the bands signed to Epitaph at the moment.
