Wonderfull....Duke was real proud of the adaption. It proved that his bluesy chord changes could really work with the wider audiences not just the jazz fans of the day.

What a pleasure. They should have more well known then they are today. They had their own special magic.

Connie became the exclusive lead after Harry Leedy took over their career. Listen to "Lucky Little Devil" to hear Martha on the lead.

Thank you too! Connie was the leadsinger all the time and when her sisters started their family life (1936), Connie went solo and became Connee (more easy for writing autographs!).Grtz, Aad

Connee was apparently the "leader" here, but the trio itself is EXQUISITE!... Thanks for the great upload.

Another important family was the Andrë Citröen's relatives (dutch). The real surname was Orange changed for Citröen in France. Is that true? Thank for answer, I love your Country!

Hello Sir (my name is Aad), thanks for your introduction...Princess Maxima is very beloved in our country (despite her father's role during the Videla regime)! One of the most famous ancestors of Queen Beatrix (William of Orange) was assassinated in Delft (July 10th 1584) ... Delft is indeed a beautiful town with a rich history. I live 10 kilometers from Delft in a city called Schiedam (famous for its Ketel 1 gin). Kind Regards, Aad

Hi! We have good relations with your people and something in common: The Princess Maxima! A good milk industry with Argentine/ Holand cows (40 lts a day). I had visited your Country ten and eight years ago. I´ll never forget Delft. I enjoyed this time! Grtz, Aad: ?
