This song has always made me cry....I am nearly 50 and like many, I have been looking for happiness all my life.It has made fleeting appearances in my life but then just when I think I might have really discovered it; a heavy curtain of despair seems to engulf me.I thought I had recently found peace at last with a woman I love, but even that seems to be going wrong.How much energy do I have to continue looking for happiness...? I'm just not sure.

I have 5 albums of The Blue Nile yet I come on you tube and listen to them again and again. They are the best ever group and Jim Buchanans voice is amazing. I hail from Glasgow and love the earthy voice of Jim. This song is so meaningful,I am at peace.!!
