These guys in their heyday were as good as any live act you'd ever be lucky enough to see. I hate the brothers can never seem to get along for any length of time. The "love/hate" relationship between Rich and Chris has produced some KILLER music, but it's also been tough on fans when they are on the outs (like now).

Another Lions kicker. This band is so frickin' heavy @ times, most times. They rocked @ Portchester wed april 3 when i saw them. Look 4ward to seeing them again.

The 'Crowes with Marc Ford were unquestionably their defining sound, but Lions album allows Rich to really shine with some monster guitar riffing and great songs - 'Inside Out' + 'Lickin' just for starters....not to mention 'Soul Singing' which I reckon is up-there with their best.

this is the Lions tour. I saw them at river stages in Nashville that year. The crew would light a shitload of incense on the stage before the band played.
