Interesting comment, because it's almost the opposite for me. Maybe cuz I'm 54, & you're 25. I liked the Crowes when they first came out, & then some songs here & there, but what I've heard so far of this album really grabs me. It could be because on this CD I think their older roots & influences really come thru clearly - I've heard some Buffalo Springfield vibe, Seals & Croft, Allman Bros, Led Zep...They've always had a Marriot/Faces/Stones influence, but I hear homage to other bands this time
