This is the eighteenth episode in season one of the music business reality show "The Biz." Nine contestants compete to become the president of their own record label under Warner Music Group.

In this episode:

Only two contestants are promoted to Vice President. The remaining four meet with Lyor Cohen and Kevin Liles to decide their fate.

Def Jam was hot before they had all these execs who don't know shit about hip hop (Julie Greenwald), but what makes it worse they hire a bunch of hip hop heads who don't know shit about the business or corporate america. They need to learn how to meet in the middle and quit handing out promotions to their "friends".
