I had a chance to hang out with them after the Slim's show in 2011(?) may have been 2010. Anyway, I was talking with Rainbow and I was saying they need to keep the heavy stuff going. Song's like 'Blue' and 'Lovers End' etc.got me into the band, but I could appreciate the lighter songs for contrast. Hide & Seek really had no heavy songs, so there wasn't any contrast to give the album some color. I pre-ordered the 'Superstition' vinyl, so I will have to make my final judgement when I hear it. Too bad 'Violet' was on crap colored vinyl. Colored vinyl is garbage... more surface noise, harsher tones, harder plastic substance... I love Violet, WWS, and Pins and Needles tho. Great albums. Very Original.

they have really gone down in quality regarding lyrics imo. it's utter crap :I which is disappointing..they haven't lost their unique sound yet. the new style is great, but >< bleh

Just preordered the new album on ITunes and got a single from the album - Beyond.  Love it already!  Kind of sucks cuz I contributed to the pledge music site so feel like I should have gotten the album before any songs were available to the general public.  But hey, no worries.  I had planned to buy the digital version as well.  Just wanted to let you all know so that you could enjoy a new song by TBM to tide you over until Nov 11.
