Does anyone know who the black lady singing is, she looks like the lead singer of The Mint Juleps, as they were on the same record label (Stiff) as The Belle Stars, and were around the same time as this song.

This song is on a C.D. I have it. Try to find ' hit that perfect beat volume 2 '. The extended version (5.41) is on it although its on long mix with no gaps between songs. Theres 10 tracks on it. Its a proper release..not a mad up C.D.

The club mix is bangin' but I prefer this version because I can hear *all* of the background vocals and instruments. This is the version that I heard first way back in the fall of 1986.
