Yeah, the slide is in open 'E' tuning and you gotta play around the chords - hence the movement up and down the fretboard. The harmony slide of the intro and first solo are on the backtrack (done by me, of course) as is the piano (shhh, it's a secret.) The recording is just a mix of the desk tape and one of the cameras, not too sophisticated. P.S. Only recently worked out that Free As A Bird is also played in open 'E'.

Considering the venue and road-gigging recording gear I'd say you nailed it. I just spent the evening working on a just-messing-around, somewhat faithful cover of this and looked you up to see how the slide is done. (I was too lazy to dig-up my Concert for George DVD.) I had a mother of a time doing the slide tracks... you guys actually got that and all of it down so very well. Question: Are you open tuned on that slide-lead? I was all over the fretboard.
