Ive read many of the comments on this song about whose voice is better and that Michaels was the best. Don't forget that it was the sound of all 4 voices that gave the Bangles their unique signature sound. They were especially good live and you can really hear the differences in vocal tones, but if all 4 sang with their vocals the same it would really sound canned, as do many ensemble groups do today, even to the point of digital alterations which had the same result, a canned sound. I would have enjoyed more if Michael sang more as well, but thats not how it came out until she left the band. Too bad. I saw them all in their formative years and they really evolved.
