The Bangles play Manic Monday live in San Francisco, CA, 2003. It's at a bookstore... so not very rock n' roll, but Susanna Hoffs still rules.

Why is everyone saying Michael is a lesbian?  Who cares.. Nice to see all the girls back together. Read one comment, that Michael wanted to play new songs. Not keep repeating the same old ones. Maybe Michael had a nervous breakdown, she had a couple.

This show was part of the mini promo tour when their "Doll Revolution" CD was released in 2003. This is a rare Bangles show, since it was all acoustic (no electric guitars). The video is a little shaky, but they sounded fine in person. I was there, near the left side of the stage. They signed CDs for everyone after the show.

The might as well have been working a freeway off ramp for lose change. When you are washed up you are washed up.

Jas, Thank you!! At least you have a sense of humor, unlike doceigen and the other idiots that negative voted my comments. These stuffed shirts are sooo annoying. There!! I gave your comment a positive, thumbs up!!

doceigen, Sorry, I don't take drugs, unless you count Flintstones vitamins. Not only has your generation have no sense of humor, you constantly contradict yourself: You first wrote, "...extreme absurd sarcasm...". Then, you wrote, "There was no humor...". Can't say I'm surprised. This is a parade as much as it is a plate of food in need of hot sauce! More contradiction on your part. Again, I can't say I'm surprised.

There was no humor, this is no parade... lean off the drugs.

doceigen, And the unfortunate thing is, your generation has gotten so uptight about everything, it's lost it's sense of humor (if it ever had one, that is).. ..gotta urinate on all the parades, eh?

And the 'funny' part is?? Your generation has gotten so used to cynicism that it can no longer feel anything at all except by the use of extreme absurd sarcasm... gotta pour hot sauce on everything eh?

It's hilarious at 1:52, Michael Steele had had enough, and attempted to leave during a performance, in which threw Susanna off melody and key! ! It was like someone demanded Michael to return to her place: Someone: Michael, get back over there right now!! Michael: No, I've had enough, I can't take it anymore... Someone: At least finish today's performance!! Michael: Damn!! Okay.. (returns at 2:06). She actually left The Bangles in 2005.

Before i knew Valentino, i heard that lyric about him in this song. I still think this song is so catchy. Their first hit i do believe. Now, i am obsessed with Rudy Valentino.:)
