When I lived in Toronto back in the early 70s we used to go to his club and you could see The Hawk perform this and many other songs LIVE. He's freaking amazing; every performance is the performance of a lifetime. And he's still going strong, having beaten cancer in this new century. May he live forever, God bless him.

Yes, Robbie was never acknowledged as a solo guitarist but he´s just as good as Frank Zappa, Tommy Bolin or Robert Plant. Underrated, but on the other hand he never claimed to be a solo guitarist. Neither did Don Felder of The Eagles.

He indeed seem to bring some happiness and humor for the concert.....amazing concert and probably up there with top 10 bands ever, they could play any genre - only My Morning Jacket and Flaming Lips that are similar good these days.
