At the beginning, that "somebody somewhere summon me..." is sampled from a Roosevelt Franklin tune on a Sesame Street record. I believe the tune is "Roosevelt Franklin Counts."12 years ago

I have no idea what the actual sample is, but at 1:24 on "Close to You" (the song, not this video), the brief vocal sample that is used sounds exactly the same as the one used at 1:03 on DJ Shadow's "Organ Donor." Any thoughts?Related Videos
