Reggie became Self Made CEO with a Computer Empire who appeared on The Apprentice but could never be found when work needed to be done but he always Charmed Mr. Trump. Archie became a Lawyer who helped the Less Fortunate of Springfield. Betty became a Counselor Mentoring Young Girls. Veronica became a Celebutante while Jughead took over Pop Tate's and made it into a Multi Million Fast Food Empire.

Archie finally had that long-sought after threesome with Betty and Veronica, which backfired when the girls realized they were both more attracted to each other than to Archie.

Reggie did a LOT of cocaine in the seventies, but survived to become an executive in the record industry, a Clive Davis wanna-be. He screwed many a band out of their royalties.

Jughead succumbed to heroin addiction after the band broke up...police found him dead in an abandoned warehouse with a bunch of syringes and an Andy Kim LP.

@ cupcakewhisperer I got a second box of cereal just to have another copy, believe it or not. I taught myself how to mix with this song using two Caliphone record players from school.

I remember cutting the 45 of this off the back of a box of Alphabets Cereal.

Sugar Sugar and Jingle Jangle are good, but what about Bang- shang- a -lang? It's my favorite Archies song

I was 9 or 10 when the Archies were on TV as a Saturday morning cartoon (before cable and all-day cartoon channels, imagine that!). I was a young fan, had several of their vinyl albums including "Jingle Jangle". Still have them, with all the pops and crackles that a kid could put into a record from over playing!

Oh wow! Another song that you don't hear on the radio anymore! I was only 12 when this song came out and they were playing it on the radio back then. What a great song!

Rediscovered the Greatest Hits CD I had as a kid... wow. The songwriting is just... almost makes me want to produce my own 60's sounding pop hit... Bingle Bangle Bubble Cunt.

Would this be classified as "bubble-gum" music?
