Heard this song for the first time on my clock radio while just waking up first thing in the morning and it was such an emotional rush- I could just feel and picture everything he was describing perfectly. Can't get tired of this song... It rocks! Unfortunately I thought the rest of the album, which I immediately went out and bought, was god-awful :-(

Your concept of a boring song, having no chorus and no bridge, does it apply to all songs in general or just this song? Cos there are many good songs that are just one long verse, such as Dylan's With God On Our Side, Boots Of Spanish Leather and Visions Of Johanna. Or do you find those songs boring too?
