Unfortunately for all the posters below, thinking God is any closer to you than all the humans have left you is a mental construct you have yourself created. An imaginary magic man in the sky can keep you no warmer than a real person who isn't there... Try a warm blanket to stay warm and snap out of it. I was actually thinking about running away a few months ago. But you know what? God has helped me to have a better relationship with my parents. I think that sometimes you should run away if something is seriously wrong (like if you are being abused and no one will believe you), but otherwise please please please try to just STAY AT HOME!!! I'm SO glad I didn't run! Many wonderful things have happened in my life recently, and if I ran away I would have missed all of them!

I used to be that same person... a cutter. so many times GOD saved me from MY OWN SELF.. i used to sit in the floor for hours n just weep... until one day GOD broke down my walls toward him, and broke my heart, and i let him in... even though i didnt deserve god, he wrapped me in his embrace.. saved me from suicide, saved me from dying... so many times!!
