I like Guns 'n' Roses alright, but Axl spending money every night that belonged to the whole band was kind of a jerk move.

OH and as for his voice issues, it has been reported time and again by Newsted that backstage after the show Axl was drinking and smoking....... Not the best things to be doing for a singer with voice issues.

If the Montreal show was their last I'd have been very pissed, as the Toronto was was the next stop, which I had tickets for. Bad enough the show got pushed to September and it was pretty cold out by the time GNR hit the stage.

I seen this tour in Buffalo. (Technically Rich Stadium in Orchard Park). The only technical problems I recall from that show was one of G'n'R's inflatable monsters not filling with air. It was a really good show. Had a great time.

I saw this tour in Las Cruces, NM and G'n'R was booed offstage after Axl berated the crowd and was more than 2 hours late taking the stage. Axl almost caused a riot at this show as well when fans were throwing water bottles onstage when he threatened to cut the show short after a few songs. It was a miserable August day well over 100 degrees and the crowd wasn't having his attitude. I'll never forget this concert.

I had a ticket for the Vancouver BC show, that was going to be a week after James got burned. On the Vancouver radio that week, it was reported that the Guns/Metallica concert Van show was still on. But, it was canned. Sigh.

Seriously people why waste the money for artists that come out over 3 hours late because axel wanted to watch the super bowl. Even if there was a chance I could get people to revolt and not pay for roses shows. No one would listen because stupid people will pay no matter what simple as that.

At the end of the day, it's Axel's roses fault. He has started at least three riots, the third one is from A year before this where he jumped in the crowd to A guy with A camera.

I lost all the respect I had for Axl when he said the night James was burned "Well that's it. If you want your money back, blame Metallica" That was a really shitty thing to do. Apparently he thought mistakenly that James burned himself on purpose to upstage G N R.
