19/4/12 Yes I noticed that. I think everyone would agree with you and if he had been born anywhere else but New Zealand it wouldn't be tolerated. Most of the younger generation wouldn't have heard of any of them. Their music will never die.

It's interesting that in one of the pictures proclaims Tex to be the father of Australian Country music....with all respect to his talents... Tex was born in New Zealand and later moved to Australia... To me, the true father of Australian Country Music was Buddy Williams....an Aussie born and bred.
