Maybe he wasn't the perfect fit for them on the original heavy versions but I think Elliot's vocal style does justice to these first album songs acoustically. I dont know about you guys but it surely gives me goosebumps..

Funny but I never even got into tesseract until this album, I had been listening to "straight up metal" only for like 8 years and having only been 'growing up' musically lately. So I was kinda disappointed by the first album I heard because it didn't sound all that new to me, even though my friends all recommended it over this one. I guess music is subjective? hurr durr
