"Let the Sky Fall" is the ultimate hippy love song! AL's use of nature metaphors stunned me in high school. After a recent listening some 40 years later...this song still stuns me....lyrics, AL's vocals, music...haunting beat.

God Bless Alvin Lee (RIP) and TYA. So sorry to hear of AL's untimely passing. I was stunned and saddened. Folks, if you've never heard A Space in Time, I'm begging you. Please listen to the whole album! A Space in Time is the Rock 'n' Roll Gods gift to the masses! This album helped me keep my sanity in high school. Yes, I was of the early 70's generation. I still have the album. AL is credited for taking the photo on the back cover of his guitar, with broken strings and omnipresent peace sign, on what looks like a pinball machine? God Bless Alvin Lee & TYA! By the way: My favorite track? "Let the Sky Fall"...the ultimate hippy love song!
