Yes, I remember also being upset and frustrated back in the day. One night circa 1997 or 1998, I turned to VH1 and caught the last 30 seconds of this particular episode - the last bars of "A Song For You". Talk about frustrating! And as you said, VH1 never re-aired it, as they do the vast majority of their other programming. I can kiss YouTube right now for coming through when my own bad timing & VH1's stinginess failed (even if it's 15 years later - lol).

I agree it is a very interesting time period. To be honest, I don't like this performance or this era of performances from the guys. This lineup got a lot better after Dennis left and came back in 1980 or so.

@Briggsy3365 You don't know what you're talking about. Glenn was a member for 8 years, from 1975-1983. He has a fantastic voice. Check out the Temptations do the Temptations album.

This is the only video I've seen with Glenn Leonard, and Dennis was almost on his way out as well. Interesting period in the Tempts' history.

Loved Eddie, he was original, Glenn was great, (and look for the tribute piece he did recently on YT talking about the classic guys, but for me the best falsetto/tenor is the guy there now Ron Tyson, I know a lot of traditional Tempts fans will disagree - but for me he's the best!!!
