Oh gosh, this song. I listened to it all of the time for three years. Now I am seven months clean from my eating disorder and can even listen to this without going back to my old behaviors. If anybody is struggling with EDNOS or anything else, just please know that I never thought I would get better or break the cycle, but I did, and instead of being miserable all of the time as I expected myself to be without EDNOS, I am ok and much less broken than I was for those three years. Girls, it will NOT make you bulky (and if you don't believe me, message me and I'll send you my own before/after pictures) but it WILL make you lose fat, increase your metabolism, and gain energy. I wish someone had told me about it when I was 15.
