No, Tech N9ne is not a devil worshiper. The only reason they said he's a devil worshiper in the song "Come Gangsta" is to show that people who misunderstand his lyrics mistake him as a devil worshiper, even though he's not. He's more of an agnostic because he did this song called "Show Me a God" which shows he kinda believes in god, but wants some proof of it.
