If I ever make it big in the music business and ever asked (in an interview) who made an impact on me, I will DEFINITELY say Tears for Fears. I have been a Fan of theirs since Elementary School (1985).

Regret the last 25yrs have not been kind to Roland's voice. Shame. Back in the day he was a force to be reckoned with. Such a big presence on stage back then, and uber-cool. This song is bigger than the band that wrote it though - a classic. A true anthem. If you like TFF and haven't seen the live concert video 'Going to California' it's one of the best live video shoots and a great way to remember this fantastic British act
