I think this video gives an example of how life is. We try to enjoy life but life's intensity and aggressive nature interrupts us often (alligator in The pool), we try our best to strive but make mistakes (clothes outside, missed goal, waking up late), We as humans try to stand out but many times aren't given credit for it (kid is not called on after raising hand), (no one cares about his paper airplane, but then everyone throws one except him, because humans by nature want to steal credit for others ideas due to jealousy). And we all have a purpose here on this earth. It shows that through life's stressful times, love cures us, and makes us happy again. A pale shelter, or absence of love, will teach you how important love really is. In the end the alligator eats the guitar, and I believe this says in the grand scheme of things, we must be careful in life because it will consume us in a split second.(Edit) now I notice the kid does in fact throw a paper airplane with the rest of them, but he doesn't seem to have the same enthusiasm as he wasn't even looking, which I think still makes the same point. He's not as "proud" of his own idea since everyone took it.
