This is one of my favorite songs ever! I never get tired of hearing tammy sing it....its so comforting.

Tammy sings this song so strong and exact and beautifully!...just listen real close.....her voice was such a skilled and natural talent.....and a true rare jewel!!!! I just simply love how her voice naturally catches the "wind and rain" lyrics in this song...just like a good southern mothers words would speak it and project it by simply talking .....Tammy Wynette was able to capture that and catch it just as beautifully by singing it in this song......priceless!!!!
