Original official music video of Talk Talk performing their hit "Talk Talk" from the 1982 album "The Party's Over". There were two versions of the video, this version is considered "Version 2".

From Wikipedia: "It was the second single from their debut album, The Party's Over (1982), it topped at no. 52 in the United Kingdom upon initial release. A remix of the song was released later in the same year where it peaked at no. 23 in the UK and number 75 in the United States. The single also reached no. 1 in South Africa in 1983. Influential modern rock radio station KROQ-FM in Los Angeles included this song in its regular rotation of current releases from July–August 1982."

Many are familiar with Talk Talk's follow-up 80's anthem "It's My Life" and while this earlier effort is edgier and a bit darker, it received regular rotation on MTV. Like many bands of the New Wave era Talk Talk was influenced by Roxy Music, David Bowie, Ultravox, and even Kraftwerk. The band was a part of the "Second British Invasion" which included such New Wave and New Romantic artists as Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet. "Talk Talk" is often featured in the video game Grand Theft Auto GTA: Vice City.
