Wasn't so keen on this song on the first listen, but the more i listened to it the more i understood it, and when i saw it performed live i just cried! Possibly the most beautiful song on the album. So proud to be a fan and part of it all <3

1:32 Can Robbie look any happier? look how he immediately forces himself to change his facial expression and pretends to look all casual, bless him

I could listen to that song over and over and over, and never get tired of it. It's just like all of his other songs, straight from his heart. He's not afraid of speaking up about his feelings and I really admire him for that!

This song makes me cry. It is beautiful, and knowing what it means to the members of the band makes it absolutely breathtaking.

@1209Anja It's funny, because while I agree that Robbie has more passion, Gary's 'simple' delivery makes it even sweeter for me. And I'm a Robbie fan first and foremost! :)

I liked Rob's version better...he sings it with so much more passion..it comes through brilliantly!

@svu1234 Hi I totally agree they have gone round full circle, it's amazing to see how far they've all come, and I am enjoying listening to Progress, I think it's their best album they've done out of all of them so far.

I'm glad they realised that, listening to the record, there's just not enough of Gary's vocals. The songs are good but if I wanted a Robbie Williams album I'd buy one and if I wanted a Mark Owen album I'd see a psychiatrist.

@neyita84 Howard says "How did you come up with the "major vienna" bit?" Mark tells the story about the song "eight letters" in the documentary: how Robbie and J "argued" about a particular line (referring to Robbie leaving the band in 1995) and how it seemed a big thing at that time... and after the record was done, they realised that something was missing... They found a solution: Gaz sings Rob's lyrics on "Eight letters" and the circle of Progress in done...
