The song is about A Drug Dealer named "Mr. Jack" that takes a sample of his own product and becomes addicted. He later becomes irrational and lashes out against a police officer who pulls him over. The officer says "Put your hands up, get out of the car" and Jack responds with "F*** YOU PIG!".Afterwards, you can inference that he got shot to death with the violent ending.
