Syreeta NEVER got the credit that her voice deserves. She was simply AMAZING. My uncle Alvin turned me on to this song when I was a little kid, and It's been in my constant rotation ever since. May God rest his soul, he taught me a lot about great music. RIP Syreeta. Thanks to the poster. You have great taste.

I heard your aunt for the first time when I was 5. I heard "With You I'm Born Again" and I instantly fell in love with my first woman. I was so hurt when I heard she passed in 2004. :-( I am losing all my favorites I grew up with...Whitney...Michael...Luther...Teddy...Teena...Rick...Levert...Donna and others. Thank God for Youtube and iTunes 'cause their music can live on FOREVER!!! RIP Syreeta. Thank you God for blessing us with her beautiful voice and presence. <3
