This is like an ambient house mix. Whoever said this was progressive house is a n00b. This is oversimplifying, but: House: Bump Bump Bump-di-dump Bump ... Trance: Bump Bump Bump Bump ... This gives you the standard oonst-oonst-oonst-oonst sound of trance. you'll hear a bit more of a 'rocking' to the beat for house.
