Is it your limitation of scope of which views that a band gets or the over played radio songs that makes a band worthy too you, or is it the true character of talent that sounds you off to their music? What makes a song?....Fame! or Talent? If a stereo was just a radio without a mp3 or cd player..I would throw this 'banana for the monkeys' in the garbage. The majority of the most talented bands are underground away from the entertainment world. Ask yourself what you are really into? The bandwagon of a common culture scene and/or genre,..or who is the most popular 'performing artist'...or who is really into the arts of music where it's about their own dedication of harnessed originality, deeming them as a musician. Are you the kind of person that portrays yourself as a 'cool kid' because you know every lyric to a simple three chord grove on the radio and so eager to claim the next upcoming songwriter to be in your domain of popularity, as if you made that three chord song yourself to boast to all your friends. Ignorance is not even a mountain you can climb, it's a pit to fall into , and stupidity is when you are too close-minded in your views get out of your pit of opinions. If you shut doors on the over 12,000 genres of music( that are at least known ) for your one or two,.... then it's not music that you truly love, it's being a egocentric hipster that you love and the candy of who is famous for their achievements. A mirror always tells what under achieving is, you'll will know what you are if you start there!
