Hello! I have just purchased one of these pedals and I want to practice at home by using it with logic X. I have connected my mic (AKG C 1000 S condenser) into the G XT's mic input, then the mono output into my focusrite Scarlett 2i4 interface. Then, I connected my guitar into the instrument "in", and then went from the instrument "thru" into the Scarlett 2i4. Unfortunately I am not getting any signal from the mic. The input light does not light up no matter how much I turn the input knob up. The signal from my guitar is fine and I can hear it loud and clear. Please can you advise how I can solve the issue? Thanks

The tone presets are hard to distinguish without a lot of a/b ing.I wish the manual had described each preset completely

Why would they not tell you which 3major and 3 minor scales you are choosing in manual mode? It is a real time consuming pain to figure out which is which. Also a harmonic minor scale would be cery useful. The manual implies that all singers are ignorant of basic theory

it picks up my  guitar through the mic and distorts the sound ok its not main input but it still can be heard along with the vocal how can i stop this from happening if i turn the mic level down  lower to avoid the guitar being picked up the vocal level is poor

exactly. But you won't get that, because such stompbox harmonizers don't work well with more complex chord progressions, for example: E - F - e - F#m. I use Electro-Harmonix Voice Box.
