I am proud to introduce you to a truly great artist. More people need to know about this man, his playing and his music. On September 20, 2012, Mike O'Brien stopped by my workshop to record a few videos. Here is Mike playing his rosewood GF model. As usual, you are listening to the artist, the guitar and a mic in the bench room of my workshop. Live, off the floor. There are no pickups being used. The sound is pure. The Bench Room Series of videos are recorded by Tom Mac Donald of Flicomedia. The guitar was recorded mono by a single 184 and the vocals by an AK47 style tube mic, into a digi 02. The most important part was a great performance by a brilliant artist in a great sounding room. The camera is a Canon 60D.
