Straight lines after all this time still gives me the shivers. Especially the last part with the lyrics "... too close to the bone" and "The face of a woman finaly alone ... behind straight lines" I always imagine this: POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS...That means she has killed herself in the end. Can also interpreted otherwise but to me that's the meaning. In each verse straight lines means something different. That woman is such a poet.
