My favorite singer, Steve Perry, I just cannot believe such a talented singer, and when with Journey were not inducted in the rock in roll hall of fame. Yet, Debra Harry, is? Some other questionable singers I can't believe quailfy for rock music. They are in the rock in roll Hall of fame? It should be renamed the rock and roll hall of shame. There are some singers and groups who truly qualify but it sends the message that for some it's not what you know but who you blow.

Steve got totally burned out from touring constantly and said if he hadn't pulled out when he did chances are he'd not be a live today. He also had that Barbra Streisand syndrome where he started fearing-well-concerts, people, etc. He's an only child raised by his mother I believe. What a singer......ubm!!!!

I bought this tape when I was in high school when it came out and with all the great songs on this album, this one song stuck. This will always be my favorite Journey song, hands down.

Sadly, I agree w/ the comment on production and rhythm (Synth-ing)... BUT, the song is killer in it's own mystical way. Could of been a big smash... lot of potential there. Not a thing wrong w/ the lead singer. Steve Perry always brings it home !!

Best Neal Schon guitar solo in any Journey song. Most overlooked Journey album. Frontiers will always be the best, but RoR had a lot of good music.

Good song, horrible production and rhythm section. Sorry you fired Steve Smith, drums, and Ross Valory, bass/backing vocals, aren't you Steve Perry!

@ MaxCreditScore - That's not Randy Jackson on bass. I don't hear a bass guitar on this track. That's Jonathan Cain working the synth bass and drum machine.
