I do agree...I don't think Doyle's guitar tone really fit this live performance. Though interesting. I wish he would've used the more mellow clean tone that he used on the studio version. I'm all for doing things differently live, but his tone this particular time didn't really fit. Too fuzzy and twangy for this number, IMO.

To err is human to forgive is divine,this song captures that feeling of forgiveness! You won't go looking back, don't hold the cards to stack,you mean what you say. Oh what complete and utter forgiving,such great repentance by the offender and sweet forgiveness by the offended! Such would be great among human kind!

Great track! What a singer! Check out Doyle Bramhall II on the other guitar, playing left-handed on a right-handed guitar; not restrung for left-hand, but with the bass strings down low and the trebles up top.
