So many performers have done this song but I've only heard 3 really do it well - the Righteous Bros (obviously), Roy Orbison, and now Susan Boyle. Others just seem to fall short, usually on the high notes. Wouldn't it be great to hear Patsy Cline or Mary Travers give it a go ?

You should listen to Jimmy young singing this in the 1950s,was a hit in the UK'you are probably comparing this to the Righteous Bros,am I right?That was also a cover ,not the original,so I think Subo gave quite a good rendition after all,in my humble opinion.
