Surprised & Sad to hear Jimi has passed, I remember this clip which first aired on the Solid Gold Show (those dancers!!!***) in the 80's and played it to death on VHS thereafter. Lip synching was pretty good. Always laughed when the drummer got up after the song almost finished and walked backstage (not seen on this clip). Maybe needed a Pee.

What! Jimi Jamison died last September! That is so sad and he'll be missed too. last saw him in a commercial, in Survivor, for Starbucks a few years ago I do believe. He was a great replacement lead singer for Survivor when the other lead singer (forgot his name) left in the early 80's. I wonder what Survivor is going to do for another lead singer? They had two good singers in the band as far as I know of and one passed away. You'll be missed Jimi Jamison. R.I.P.

Sad Update !!Autopsy Report Findings. The report released Tuesday by the Shelby County medical examiner says the 63-year-old Jamison died Sept. 1 at a home in Memphis. The report says he died of a hemorrhagic brain stroke, with "acute methamphetamine intoxication contributing....In the long term, meth use can cause irreversible harm: increased heart rate and blood pressure; damaged blood vessels in the brain that can cause strokes or an irregular heartbeat that can, in turn, cause cardiovascular collapse or death; and liver, kidney and lung damage.
