actually...the reason they look like Digimon is because the same animators were working on this project as well.....that's actually how I found this movie....i'm a big fan of digimon and when I found out the animators were working on this...i wanted to watch....so it's not a rip off....it's just similar work.

People! Please stop judging the movie just because there are characters that look like Digimon, Pokemon or whatever. Look at the storyline, the progress, how the emotions were expressed. Don't shallowly judge a movie based on what you see physically, but feel the whole moral of the story the movie wants to deliver to the audiences. Look at how a boy's incidental genius encounter led to chaos in the world, and how they worked together. Gosh, please stop talking like a bunch of nooblets.
