I love both bands. Kalmah and Suidakra use similar techniques ....but they sound NOTHING alike. I can always tell both apart on musical passages alone. Both bands use the main melody in different ways ....if you really dissect the song structures.

I just saw them yesterday. They kicked ass, but i really hope your crowd isnt as bad as the one at the venue I went to. The crowd I was part of was a mostly metalcore and thrash crowd (understandable based on the tour). But the big problem was they they didnt even cheer when Suidakra took the stage, and they didnt get involved in any of the songs. I was the only person in the whole venue who even knew who Suidakra was. I got to talk to Arkadius after the set though, so that was pretty sweet!
