@nekronata No, you didn't understand my question. I wasn't speaking about a religious god in the literal sense. I was just thinking if the "god" mentioned in the song could be a metaphor of Hitler, because the word god suits perfectly with how the fuhrer was seen by most of germans, as you said.

@shi2500 The 3rd reich never said they are under God, there is atm only one Country often referring to be lead by God (USA, unless they mean one of the smaller Countrys in EU). (the Islamic Countrys refer to Allah, so they can't be meant either) 3rd Reich replaced God by the "Führer"
