Just keep your chin up, and if you're feeling lost try to find someone you can talk to: a friend, family member, teacher even call the Samaritans if you have to (most countries have free calls to helplines). Doesn't matter how big or small your problems are, talking them out helps. Stay positive, it does get better.

I've held my tears in for so long that its hard to cry. I've actually gone to the point to were I listen to as the saddest songs I know just to get a few tears out. I'm dealing with middle school, a heart that I can't find all the pieces to, and stress everywhere I go.
