Havent heard this song in ages......................This really takes me back...Gives you one of those feelings about the amount of time that passed.......I wish I could go back for a 2nd round..........Would do everything the exact same way.

They need to close our their concerts with Half-Penny, Two-Penny and AD 1958. They are perfect closers.

Yeah wish they would have left "State Street Sadie" on the end but still that melody at 4:40 is just killer.

..........And "State Street Sadie," Reminds me of a Building saying "Please Don't hurt me," as a Wrecking Ball is about to Fly into the side of it........

What an amazing song. I bought this great album back in 1981. I was 21 yrs and mostly into British Heavy Metal but this record was (and still is) one of my favorite records. This is one of Styx best song. Can't say it's my favorite because there are so many great Styx songs that I love. Everything about this song kicks ass!! from the intro of 'Half-Penny' to when it begins to crossfade into 'A.D. 1958'. The guitar riff, the bass line, the sax, the piano on 'A.D. 1958' and later on 'State Street Sadie'... which by the way (who ever uploaded the video) should have left at the end of the song, just like on the original vinyl record.

Saw it live on the Paradise Theatre tour...seems like a lifetime ago. I also had the laser etched album....plus a Mobile Fidelity half speed mastered album. Miss those days!
