Obscure and superior version of this classic track - a very "swinging" version (the best in my opinion), with faster pace and very UK feel a la Icarus on Spark or similar 45's.

I am a huge fan of Kenny Rogers & The First Edition and think Rogers is the best singer of the song (even if he wasn't the first to cut it), however I appreciate other versions of this great song, and love how each artist has changed it. This is, to me, second only to Kenny Rogers.

Er....better check a little further down in the comments here then! The word "unique" seems pretty clear. Prefer 'unika' maybe!? I've had both the US (sold) and UK issue of this one by The First Edition, and to my mind this version wasn't much different, (& has less power to the vocal)...to be worth making another release of. Why bother unless they are going to do it better? What next, a hipster's smooth rendition of 'Jabberwock' or 'Minds Eye'? Nej tack. I'm off to try a little sunshine.

can't see the word "unique" is used anywhere. It's faster and has a sneakier fuzz and a better organ. spend your time elsewhere - neverland was never anything for you;)

How is this unique? It's almost identical to the New Edition version, which was issued some time before it.
