And you don't take females as captives since they didn't participate in the war between Quraish and Medina. Actually the capturing of slaves are illegal except when dealing with war prisoners. Plus the fact that a slave have the right to make a deal with his owner to buy himself free and so on.

I agree that there have been linguistic and cultural supremacy through the history, though I strongly disagree that the Qur'an condones such actions by Muslims. If you can bring examples from the Qur'an where it calls muslims to force other people into their culture, I will take your claims more serious. and btw, Arabs where known as slave hunters before Islam, and didn't have great relationships with all the world, they were traders who reached many places, but arabs remained isolated.
