this is EXACTLY how i set up my kit. start with all cymbals and drums flat then tilt SLIGHTLY to a comfortable angle, left and right crashes, ride in between the two toms, china on the far right. the ONLY differences between my kit and his is my Zil-Bel stacked on top of my ride and a drop clutch on my hats so i can play a double-kick groove with closed hats if need be. love this drummer and this band
