I want to like this because I've been a big fan of Structures for years. Divided By is still one of my all time favorite albums. But I simply cannot like this. I do not like the new vocalist's screamy monotone sound. Also, I feel like there is something left to be desired in the mastering. The instrumentals actually sound like they have the potential to be great but are bogged down by an absence of a low end. The mid's and high's just seem way too prevalent in the mix, especially in the vocals, which I feel are also way too hot in comparison to the other levels. I sincerely hope they listen to their fans and release a re-mastered version of this album.

Its funny because divided by is so different from their ep which was more deathcore djentcore and deep vocals. This sounds more like divided by obviously but not as dynamically crazy in the vocals which was nice on divided by. Different vocalist so of course this would happen

after listening through this multiple times:what separates this from other structures is - 1. all of the above - had such a - "dialed" in sound was such a crisp sounding ep , holy shit2. Divided By - Was compressed , but the bass was much more present, and kicked me in the balls, for lack of better words3. idk this album is, odd soundingnot even in the instruments or vocals themselvesi've seen you guys like (structures, yeah, you guys)and album mixing means nothing when experiencing this music livestill i feel this album provided a different feelperhaps some getting used to more then others....but music wiseyou guys are on point, keep doing what you are doing
