I used to always go see Strife back in the day. I liked the music, but the amount of preaching that Rick did in between the songs never sat right with me. Of all the Straight Edge bands I used to go see, Rick (strife) seemed to go the most out of his way trying to prove that Strife were the leaders of the sXe movement. It always seemed phoney to me, and low and behold, IT WAS. (their music was good and all. Only Rick was a perpetrator)

@xburgerx nice maturity there. they were lucky to have you as a fan. labeling is what made the "scene" dumb from the start. they went out and made music. they didn't walk into a room and set off SxE fireworks or anything. Its not like they are up there shooting heroin and pounding 40 oz. they never said "fuck it" some of them are still sxe. they just don't need to label themselves to youngsters like yourself and you are all pissed cause you bought that sharpie and X'd up at lunch.
