I'm not exactly sure what the video's message is, but stuff about the tyranny of the system, invasion of privacy and kids being raised as zombies is all in there somewhere. The two girls (the little kid and the teen) are obviously younger versions of Alexis, the storyteller. Representing kids getting bombarded with propaganda from their birth up.
